Positive: The hosts were always ready to help. In fact because we had problems on our way, we arrived to the property with a delay of several hours, well into the night. The hosts were always kind and open to questions and helping to solve our problems. They provided a safe parking space in a garage, which was very useful.. The flat included all the items needed and many extras.
Negative: The only thing that we would have liked is to stay more than the two nights. Bilbao deserves a much longer visit.
